Dapur Santai Pool Bar and Grill in Bali

"First day checked in, flight delayed for more than two hours. Tired restless. Just wanna eat to fill up. Went to in house restaurant (DS) Went for seafood options, everything was just marvellous. The grilled fish to the barramundi, the prawn to the squid skewers. (All comes with choice of sauce pairing and sides of rice, whipped potato or French fries and one more can’t remember) Service from staff was also excellent. Came at right timing to check on us, our meals, clear plates, pour wine etc It was an enjoyable dinner even when our spirits were down and tired. Cheers to the front and kitchen team for delivering an amazing experience."

"Brilliantly friendly staff. Great food including the traditional Balinese whole chicken dish. DS is open essentially from mid morning to late at night and is also where you can find one of the pool bars in the Marriott complex. This is the best one though as it has the swim up bar. But, if you are at one of the other pools, don't worry, as staff will come by and help you order that next poolside cocktail or snack. The fresh young coconuts are also a great alternative to keep you hydrated while enjoying yourself in the Balinese sun."

"I ate here several times while staying at the Marriott. The food was always really good and the service is excellent. The staff are so nice and always friendly. I highly recommend the steak and chicken tacos. The veggies are really good too. Plus you can sit right in the pool and get great chill views. It's paradise even with kids splashing nothing came in the restaurant. It is really well designed and peaceful. Hope this helps."

"One of the best places to eat in Nusa Dua, great food, very clean kitchen and very nice staff. The place looks very good and the dishes even if a little more expensive than the restaurants around, are big and tasty. Would recommend it if you are staying around. (We came from Hyatt where the prices were double :)"

"The food was amazing! I had a brief visit to Bali for the weekend and was staying at Marriot’s Nusa Dua Gardens. I was barely spending time at the hotel but there was one time when I had lunch with a friend at Dapur Santai. Lovely ambience and the food, especially Nasi Goreng, was amazing."
